     - Inspect windows

     - Wash windows

     - Clean and dry windows

     - Leave area as it was found

     - Optional Additions:

             - Wipe Frames and tracts

             - Clean Screens

 

     - Residential - Once or twice per year, in the spring and fall

 

    - Office Space - Once per year or as needed for appearance

 

     - Retail - As needed for appearance, often monthly
